What you share
When you sign in, the site receives your ChatGPT account identifier, email address and, when available, display name. An audition adds the name, contact number, location, instrument, division, biography and performance video or video link you choose to submit.
Who can see it
The organizer can review applications, contact details and sponsor or audience inquiries. Authorized judges can view audition videos, musical backgrounds and selection stages. Applicants can see their own submission status and messages from the organizer. Audition uploads, submitted video links and private review notes are not displayed on the public website. Videos hosted on other platforms follow the privacy and sharing settings you choose on those platforms.
How it is used
The event team uses this information to review auditions, manage selection rounds, contact applicants and respond to sponsorship or admission inquiries. Submitting a video or link authorizes review for this event; it does not automatically authorize a public release of your performance.
Updates and deletion requests
Contact the event organizer to correct your information or request deletion of a submitted audition. Contact LPAT through its main website.
Payments and messages
Ticketing and contribution links, when provided, open their respective services. This site does not collect card details. Saving an inquiry or audition does not send an automatic email; the organizer follows up separately.
